General Urda Hantverk is operated by Urda AB (Org.nr: 559454-8710) with its registered office in Rockhammar. We sell historical clothing and handicrafts to private individuals and companies. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Prices and Payment All prices in the store are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. At the checkout you can see the total price including all fees, VAT and shipping. We offer secure payment via card, invoice and partial payment (via our payment partners that are visible at the checkout).

Shipping and Delivery

• Free shipping: We offer free shipping within Sweden on orders over 2500 SEK.

• Flat rate shipping: For orders under 2500 SEK, a shipping fee of 99 SEK will be added.

We normally ship your goods as soon as possible. Please note that during periods when we are out at markets (e.g. Medieval Week) the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Stock balance at markets Since we go to markets with the same stock as we have on the website, it may rarely happen that an item you ordered has just sold out in our market tent. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer an equivalent item or a full refund.

Right of withdrawal & Open purchase (30 days) We want you to be satisfied with your costume. Therefore, we offer 30 days open purchase.

• You have the right to carefully examine the item, but it must be returned in unaltered condition (unused and undamaged).

• Upon return, you do not pay for the item, but we do not refund the original shipping cost.

• Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to cut fabrics (by the meter) or special orders (“Handmade”) that have been manufactured according to your specific measurements.

How to make a Return or Exchange We charge a return fee of 149 SEK to cover shipping and handling.

1. Fill in the return form that came with your package.

2. Email us at hantverk@urda.se and ask for a return shipping label. (State name, address and mobile number).

3. We will email the shipping label to you (or post it if you do not have a printer).

4. Stick the label on the package and hand it in at the agent.

For exchange: Do you want to change size or color? Write clearly on the return form what you want to change to. When exchanging, no cost is added other than the return shipping of 149 SEK.

Return on site: You can always return or exchange goods free of charge directly at our warehouse in Rockhammar (by appointment) or in our tent at the markets we visit.

Refund Have you paid with an invoice? Pay the invoice to avoid reminder fees – the return is settled separately afterwards. We will handle your refund as soon as the return has arrived and been approved by us.

Complaint & Warranty We are proud of our quality. Urda Hantverk provides a consumer guarantee on our products (12 months on simpler goods, up to 36 months on larger goods). The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not handling defects or normal wear and tear. If you discover a defect, contact us as soon as possible at hantverk@urda.se and we will solve it. Of course, we stand for all costs if we have sent the wrong goods.

Dispute We follow the General Complaints Board’s (ARN) recommendations in the event of a dispute. You can also contact the EU’s online platform for dispute resolution: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Privacy Policy (GDPR) We protect your privacy. By shopping with us, you agree that we save necessary information (such as name, address, e-mail and order history) in order to deliver your order and provide customer service.

• We never share your information with third parties for advertising purposes.

• Your data is handled in our secure systems for e-commerce (WooCommerce), payment, shipping booking (e.g. Ingrid/Schenker) and accounting (Fortnox).

Cookies We use cookies for the store to function (e.g. for the shopping cart to remember your goods) and to understand how visitors use the site (Google Analytics, Facebook, etc.).

False orders All false orders or fraud attempts are reported to the police.
