The best is of course a tunic in natural linen, this for several reasons. As for the historical tunic, it was probably very rarely colored. This is partly due to the fact that it was an underwear that wasn’t visible at all. But another reason why you rarely dyed linen garments is that it is very difficult to dye linen materials. Even today, natural linen ages much better than what colored linen does. It always looks a little faded after a while.
